Bungie raises $1m for Australian wildfire relief

Bungie’s campaign to raise funds for the wildfire-struck Australia has now raised over $1m.

More than 75,000 Guardians for Australia T-shirts have been purchased by kindhearted Destiny players since 14th January, with proceeds split between NSW Rural Fire Service and wildlife charity WIRES.

“We are blown away by the outpouring of love and generosity the Bungie community has shown for Australia following their devastating wildfire seasons,” Bungie Foundation boss Christine Edwards said in this week’s Bungie blog.
